About the Event
The state capitol can be an intimidating place. It's big, it's easy to get lost, and it's full of customs and rules and norms that seem... well... abnormal. So we're hosting an opportunity to come learn more about the legislative process from the people who know it best, but on a weekend when there's not the hustle and bustle of legislative business going on. (Sometimes the legislature meets on Saturdays, but that's usually closer to the end of session, in May.)

10:30-noon: All About the House of Representatives
noon-1:00: Lunch and Lobbyists
1:00-2:00: All About the Senate
2:00-2:30: New! The Dos and Don'ts of Capitol Press Conferences
